The implementation of any new system is expected create cultural impact in the customer's environment. Our methodology takes into account the resistance - "people issue" and later instilled the Change Management strategies in our projects. We will take a role of active change agent to execute the change management strategies based on our knowledge in the education industry best practices accumulated from the past 10 years of education system implementation experiences.
To assess change management requirements, our change management consultants use the Organizational Impact Assessment (OIA) to identify impact of the new system to the customer’s daily operations such as changes in business processes and changes in working relationship changes. The consultants will use the OIA result to drive the training curriculum and materials, workforce transition activities, policy updates and communication strategy to ensure a successful project implementation.
