We adopt the CMMi Methodology in the TCMS EduVersal software project implementation. The CMMi methodology focuses in process management which eventually will lead to improved quality and effectiveness. The project team strives to consistently measure the process efficiency in order for us to characterize, to evaluate, to predict and to improve.
