With higher education business management becoming more challenging than ever, the BPE exercise focuses in streamlining the academic management, finance management and student services delivery by using technologies as the major enabler for the new forms of working and collaborating within the campus. The organization is expected to achieve higher operation efficiency, optimize operation cost and improve customer services as a result of BPE.

Envision Improvement  
The BPE process starts with the Visioning stage whereby our consultants will work with the university’s senior management to identify the process areas for reengineering opportunities in the organization. Most importantly, the new processes have to be aligned with the organization’s vision and corporation strategies.

Initiate Change
Subsequently, our consultants will establish a reengineering team which comprises the subject matter experts from the academic, financial and student services division.
